Fremantle Dermatology has over 25 years’ experience in conducting dermatology clinical trials. We have conducted over 75 clinical trials, from phase I through to phase III for disease conditions including psoriasis, acne, atopic dermatitis (eczema), alopecia areata, vitiligo, hidradenitis suppurativa, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, actinic keratosis, rosacea, prurigo nodularis, pyoderma gangrenosum and onychomycosis (nail fungus).

Fremantle Dermatology has four examination rooms, secure temperature-controlled storage, a lab and on-site haematology collection with centrifuge and -20 and -80 freezers along with access to x-ray, CT, DEXA and ultrasound services.

Principal Investigator Clinical Associate Professor Kurt Gebauer has been practising Dermatology for over 34 years in Australia. Clinical Associate Professor Gebauer is renowned in the medical community. His current positions include Clinical Associate professor at The University of Western Australia,  lecturer, educator and Medical Dermatological specialist.

A contributing author on many publications, Clinical Associate Professor Gebauer is a recognised authority on dermatological conditions. He is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatology, Australasian College of Phlebology, American Academy of Dermatology and the International Society of Dermatologists.
